Palm actuators, designed for controlling and managing electrical circuits powered by both DC and AC, are engineered for heavy-duty or emergency use.
Their carefully designed and ergonomic shape allows operation even while wearing work gloves, or by using other parts of the body such as the elbow, shoulder, knee, or foot. The smooth, continuous surface prevents accidental entanglement with clothing, hair, or foreign objects.
Manufactured in impact-resistant thermoplastic resin with stainless steel components, these actuators can be installed in environments with high humidity or corrosive atmospheres, as well as in areas exposed to electrostatic discharge. These features make the new palm actuators suitable for installation in public spaces or locations at risk of vandalism.
In the illuminated version, the lamp integrates a special electronic circuit with an LED light source. Available in two variants – domed or mushroom-shaped button, illuminated or not, with momentary or maintained operation.
Finally, the large button surface allows the printing of detailed information or complex symbols.
